According to the organiser, ‘It’s tough to find a better location than The Pottinger, which honours its namesake heritage street with tasteful contemporary Chinese décor, museum-worthy photography, and destination restaurants and bars’. Meanwhile, Tai O Heritage Hotel’s unique location ‘provides a peek into a fascinating cultural corner known as the Venice of Hong Kong, where colourful fishing cottages sit on stilts above the water’.
